WHERE SURFING BEGAN
This project was a complete renovation of a vintage Waikiki condo and boasts beautiful sunset views. We started by choosing Ann Saks tiles and Henry Built cabinetry, and finished with rock and roll inspired pops of color. Sunset reds, pinks and orange fill the space, while custom rugs and wall graphics create a unique touch.
The clients love vibrant colors, and we had a lot of fun working against the expansive blue canvas of sky and ocean outside. We took inspiration from the colorful graphics of classic Matson shipping ads, while using fine Italian and Spanish furniture and lighting throughout the house. The clients split their time between their Vancouver residence, a yacht, and this beautiful Waikiki condo, where they can SUP and surf their way into the sunset.
